A: We prefer taking orders by phone, but orders emailed to trickedoutpony@gmail.com orders are more than welcome.
Q: I am looking for a specific color and I don't see it on the website, is it possible some available colors aren't shown on the website?
A: Our selection of colors, prints and hair-on hides is constantly changing. If you don't see the color or print that you are wanting, give
us a call. If we don't have it, we can probably get it.
Q: I am looking for a specific concho and/or hardware, is this something Tricked Out Pony provides?
A: If you have a specific concho you'd like used when building your Tricked Out Pony tack, and can send a picture of the concho, we
will try to find it. We've had much success tracking down conchos.
Q: Can I request a special color of Swarovski Crystal?
A: Yes, Tricked Out Pony has access to all available Swarovski Crystal colors.
Q: What form of payment does Tricked Out Pony accept?

Q: How soon can I expect my order?
A: We strive to keep our turnaround time at approximately 3 weeks. (Turnaround time varies greatly during Christmas.)
Q: How does Tricked Out Pony ship products?
A: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless customer specifically requests another method of shipping.
